On the Importance of Enterprise Personnels＇ Participation in Teaching Training from the Perspective of Developing Teaching Materials by School- Enterprise Integration

本文主要从校企一体开发教材建设角度出发，论述了企业人员参加教学法培训的重要性；同时也阐述了企业人员通过教学法的培训，不但学到了高职先进的教育理论和方法，并且增加了许多新思想和新方法，最终才能编写出企业和学校都满意的校企一体开发教材。

From the perspective of development of teaching materials by school - enterprise integration, this paper discusses the importance of participating in teaching training by the enterprise personnel. Through training of teach- ing methods, enterprise personnels not only can learn the advanced educational theory and methods of vocational school, but also gain some new ideas and methods. With these efforts, we can ultimately develop the sactisfactory teaching materials for both schools and enterprises.
