近年来高职院校发展迅速，高职院校辅导员队伍的素质直接决定了学生思想政治教育工作的质量，高职院校辅导员专业化道路势在必行。当前，高职院校辅导员存在着专业素养不高、辅导员队伍稳定性较差、工作职责不明确等问题，因此必须从辅导员的选聘机制、培训制度、工作职责、激励机制、职称评审机制等角度入手，使高职院校辅导员真正走向专业化之路。

The development of higher vocational colleges is so rapid in recent years. The Qualities of counselors di- rectly determines the quality of the students ideological and political education work. Counselor＇s specialization is very urgent. At present, counselors have some problems such as low professionalism, poor team stability, fuzzy job responsibilities and etc. We have to make higher vocational college counselors specialization from selection mecha- nism, training system, job responsibilities, Incentive mechanism and title appraisal mechanism.
