《可洪音义》中提到"说文"250次左右,一般认为指的是《说文解字》,并有学者试图据此校正今本《说文》。然而,经过考证,我们发现可洪所引"说文"资料来源多样,具体所指如下:一、《说文解字》;二、其它字韵书释文;三、经文原文;四、经文夹注。此外,还有一些来源不明。

The word 说文 in 可洪音义 is mentioned about 250 times, which is regularly regarded to refer to 说文解字, and based on which some scholars tried to emend the present version of 说文解字. However, we find that the resource of 说文 in 可洪音义, is diverse according to textual research： first, 说文解字, second, the interpretations from other dictionaries, third, the original scriptures, fourth, the annotations in the original scriptures. In addition, there are some other unknown resource.
