摘要
随着矿井煤炭资源的不断枯竭,为进一步提高煤炭回收率,开采三角煤及边角煤已逐渐成为老区矿井必须面对的问题。综采工作面的巷道布置又易形成三角煤或边角煤,为解决这一难题,在3Ⅱ914工作面的设计中,根据工作面的地质条件和综采工艺的特点,充分考虑了如何安全实效的回收三角煤或边角煤和实现薄煤层采煤工作面的高产高效,合理的优化采煤工作面巷道布置,采取了炮采三角煤与综采工作面推采相结合的方法,并成功使用了综采工作面接缩面机尾技术,解决了此后残采带来的安全管理、煤炭损失及经济损失等一系列问题。

Fully mechanized working face roadway layout and easy to form the triangle coal or the corner of coal, in order to solve this problem, in 3 II 914 working face mining design, according to the characteristics of the geological conditions and mining technology, fully consider how security effective recycling triangle coal or the comer of coal and realize high yield of thin seam coal mining the working face, coal face roadway layout optimization of reasonable, adopting the method of combining mining blasting mining triangle coal with fully mechanized working face, and successfully used in fully mechanized coal face by shrinking face tail technology, solve a series of problems in residual mining safety management, the coal loss and economic loss.
