综掘工作面短距离综合除尘技术的研究与应用

针对综掘工作面大功率综掘机掘进速度快、作业地点粉尘浓度大,现有的防尘设施、除尘技术不能满足职业安全健康要求的情况,创新性地提出短距离综合除尘技术解决综掘工作面的粉尘问题。文章介绍了短距离综合除尘技术的高除尘、强控尘机理,并在济阳矿井三采一层集中运输巷综掘工作面应用,使用短距离综合除尘技术后,粉尘被封闭在掘进工作面30m范围内,极大地改善了作业环境,并降低了综掘机司机处的粉尘浓度。
