摘要
针对矿用截齿过快磨损失效问题,提出利用表面涂层技术对截齿进行表面修复,详细分析了表面涂层工艺、涂层材料选择以及有效可行的辅助工艺,为开展截齿可靠性研究提供了理论依据。
To solve the problem of rapid wear failure of mining picks, this study proposed the surface coating technology for repairing the surface properties of picks. In this paper, we discussed in detail the surface coating technology, coating materials selection and available supplementary crafts, which provided theoretical basis for developing the stability study of picks.
