摘要
近年来,我国煤矿安全管理上无论是在制度建设,还是在资金投入、培训方面都做了大量卓有成效的工作,煤矿事故率大幅下降,但安全保障能力依然薄弱,无法有效杜绝各类安全事故的发生。本文分析了当前煤矿安全管理方面存在的问题和不足,详细论述了安全风险预控体系的概念和理论基础,提出以信息化为支撑建设安全风险预控体系,将安全管理贯穿于生产管理的各个环节,超前防、综合施治,实现煤矿生产长治久安。
