AC+CRC复合式路面温度应力的有限元分析

摘要 基于传热学基本原理,采用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立了温度荷载作用下AC+CRC复合式路面结构三维有限元模型,探讨了横向裂缝间距、AC层厚度及模量、CRC板厚度及模量、配筋率等路面结构参数对复合式路面结构温度翘曲应力的影响规律。分析结构表明,温度荷载下横向应力接近主应力,应予以重点考虑。路面板宽度、厚度及温度梯度与板内最大主应力关系密切,配筋率、粘结刚度系数对纵向拉应力影响也较大。研究结果可为AC+CRC复合式路面结构设计提供一定的理论依据。 Based on the heat conduction theory, the stress analysis model was established to simu- late the continuously reinforced concrete with asphalt concrete overlay composite pavement under thermal load using ABAQUS. The thermal warping stress were calculated under the effects of structure thickness and modulus , steel ratio and so on. Results of the analysis indicate that transverse thermal warping stress of CRC slab is approximately equal to principal stress. Thickness and width of CRC slab , the tempera- ture gradient have a close relationship with thermal stress. Steel ratio and bond rigidity parameter have a certain effect on the distribution. The results could provide a theoretical basis for design of AC + CRC composite pavement.
