摘要
"绿色通道"政策自实施以来,为改善鲜活农产品流程环境和降低流通成本发挥了重要作用。本文提出从建立绿通信用评价制度的措施,来解决假冒绿通车辆逃费的问题,以进一步规范绿通秩序。
The ＂Green Channel＂ policy since the implementation of fresh agricultural products in order to improve the environment and reduce the cost of circulation processes play an important role. In this paper, from the establishment of green communication evaluation system measures to address counterfeit green-vehicle evasion issues in order to further standardize the green pass order.
