摘要
针对油田注水开发的中后期 ,油井含水率普遍升高 ,甚至水淹 ,严重影响油田生产 ,研制出 SD选堵剂 ,并进行了性能评价和室内模拟试验 ,结果表明 SD选堵剂具有好的油溶性 ,成胶时间和软化温度可调 ,堵水率达 98%以上 ,堵油率 1 0 %左右 ,封堵强度可达 1 5MPa/m以上 .现场应用表明 :该堵剂选堵效果明显 。
An oil solubile plugging agent was developed. Its main composition is an oil solubile polymer. Proper quantities of mineral filler and surfactant are added in order to improve plugging strength. The plugging agent will soften and crosslink under formation pressure and temperature, and it can cement inorganic solid material.Because the plugging agent can dissolve in oil but not in water, oil can flow through the cemented wall but water can not. Therefore, the plugging agent is a good selective water shutoff agent. Laboratory simulated tests show that, its water shutoff efficiency is over 98%, while oil shutoff efficiency is only about 10%; its plugging strength can reach to 15MPa/m; its consolidating time and softening temperature are all adjustable; when the condensation and quantity of the water shutoff agent are increased, the result of water shutoff will be improved. Field tests also show that the water shutoff agent is suitable to different formation temperatures and salinities, and it has a good result of increasing oil production and decreasing water cut.
