摘要
在对高压风机喘振机理进行分析的基础上,重点研究了变频调速时的风机喘振特点,并比较了变频调节与阀门调节时的优劣,给出了高压风机节能改造和预防喘振的具体方案,实现系统最优控制,高效、平稳运行。
The mechanism of surge for the high pressure blower was analyzed; mainlyfocuses on the research of surge characteristic in motor frequency conversion; weighs the Valve regulation against the frequency conversion, the specific programs of energy-save and avoided surge for the high pressure blower was provided. Optimal energy- savingcontrol and the highlyefficient and stable operation was realized.
