摘要
采用灰色系统理论中的GM( 1,1)灰色预测模型 ,以曲阜师范大学近年来所建住宅为例 ,对其未来 10年的住宅工程综合单方造价发展状况进行科学预测 ,对高校住宅工程投资估算的有效模式进行了探索。
A scientific prediction of per square meter cost of the dwelling house in the future ten years is presented after analyzing Qufu Normal University′s dwelling projects in the recent years by GM(1,1) grey predictive model, and the practical investment estimation model for college dwelling projects is studied as well.
