血清胆红素水平与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察血清胆红素与2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变之间的关系。方法:将开滦总医院及开滦总医院赵各庄医院住院治疗的2型糖尿病患者373例,根据眼底检查结果分为NDR组192例和DR组181例,比较2组患者的血清胆红素水平差异。结果:NDR组胆红素较DR组高,2组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR患者的血清胆红素相对较低,可能与DR发生发展有关。
