合力与平衡:略论英法两国国内穆斯林政策的调整

Joint Forces and Balance:the Adjustment of British and French Domestic Muslim Policy

基于英、法两国不同的政治一文化传统以及穆斯林族群的特征,文章对两国长期以来分别采取"多元文化模式"与"彻底世俗主义的共和模式"来处理穆斯林族群的认同与融合问题做了分析,作者认为近年来,应对变化的国际、国内形势,两国均在坚持原有基本模式的前提下,政策实施重点从偏向法律调节与社会自理调整为加大国家直接干预力度,强调三者合力与平衡。

This paper analysed briefly the basic orientation and the adjustment of British and French domestic Muslim policy.Based on different political-cultural traditions and characteristics of Muslim ethnic groups,Britain and France have respectively taken 'multiculturalism' and 'completely secular republic mode' to deal with the identity and integration problems of domestic Muslim groups for a long time.Recently,in response to changes in the international and domestic situation,and persisting in established basic modes as necessary prerequisite,Both countries have adjusted their policy implementation from the point of just emphasizing legal regulation and social self-management to the enhancement of direct state intervention.Furthermore,both countries try to form a joint force and keep balance of these means.
