火电厂脱硫烟囱陶瓷玻化砖防腐应用研究

Ceramic Tiles Anti-corrosion Application Research on Desulfurization Chimney in Thermal Power Plant

结合山西某电厂脱硫烟囱防腐工程实例,介绍了CLT-Ⅰ和CLT-Ⅱ两种陶瓷玻化砖及其配套粘结剂耐酸胶泥和弹性耐酸粘结剂的性能,及防腐施工工艺流程、关键部位(烟囱壁板、积灰平台、牛腿、烟道接口及烟囱顶口)防腐施工方案、处理措施和施工重要事项等,并对陶瓷玻化砖防腐效果以及几种常用防腐材料性能比较分析,为陶瓷玻化砖在火电厂脱硫烟囱防腐应用提供参考。

Combining with a power plant in Shanxi desulfurization chimney anti-corrosion engineering example, CLT - I and CLT - II ceramic tiles and supporting binder acid clay and flexible acid binder performance, anti-corrosion construction process, key parts （chimney siding, fouling platform corbels, flue and chimney mouth interfaces）, anti-corrosion construction program and treatment measures and construction events and so on are all introduced. Ceramic tiles anti-corrosion effect and the performance of several com- mon anti-corrosion materials are analyzed, providing reference for ceramic4 tiles anti-corrosion application in thermal power plant des- ulfurization chimney.
