基于临时接线方式的变电站新型改造方案

摘要 根据国家电网公司建设坚强电网的要求,变电站中现存的大量老旧变电设备需要进行批量改造。变电站改造工程的难点在于如何既要保证施工,又要保障连续供电。为解决这一难点,提出一种全新的施工方案,并成功应用在虎石台和施官变电站改造工程中。在缩短工期的同时,不仅使施工变得简单、安全,而且又能保证系统连续供电,充分挖掘现有系统资源,突破了以往传统施工方案的约束,具有广泛的应用前景。 To satisfy State Grid requirement of building a strong grid, a large number of old transformers and wires in the substations needed to be updated and replaced. The most difficult barrier of replacing substation equipments is to reduce construction time with power supply to the customer during the engineering process. To resolve this problem, a new method is proposed in this paper. The proposed innovative method is different from traditional substation-renewing procedures and has been successfully applied in Hu Shitai and Shi Guan substations. It is simple, secure and reliable, and would be widely accepted in the future.
