岸桥移动约束的连续泊位和岸桥集成调度 被引量:9

摘要 针对泊位和岸桥集成调度优化未考虑岸桥移动约束限制,造成岸桥频繁移动导致岸桥作业相互干扰、岸桥资源利用率低问题,首先通过拓展现有泊位和岸桥集成调度模型,建立混合整数规划模型实现岸桥分配数量上的合理化,然后以最小化船舶延误成本和岸桥移动成本为目标函数,建立考虑岸桥移动约束限制的泊位和岸桥集成调度的混合整数规划模型.算例表明该模型可以:(1)在靠泊船舶数大于5艘时提高岸桥实际使用效率40%以上;(2)防止因岸桥频繁调动而造成的岸桥作业相互干扰;(3)防止出现在船舶未装卸完之前没有岸桥为其服务的情况;(4)减少由于未限制岸桥频繁移动而带来的额外成本;(5)提高港口码头对岸桥和船舶的管理效率. Due to no quay crane traveling constraint in the existing berth and quay crane integrated scheduling problems, frequent moves of quay cranes lead to their mutual interference in the operation process and a low utilization rate. In view of this, a mixed integer programming model is established to realize rational distribution of quay cranes in quantity through expanding the existing berth and quay crane integrated scheduling models. Then, by an objective function that can minimize the ship delay cost and the quay crane traveling cost, the berth and quay crane integrated scheduling mixed integer programming model with quay crane traveling constraint is built. The examples show that the model can ( 1 ) enhance the utilization rate of quay cranes by over 40% when the number of berthing ships is more than 5; (2) prevent the mutual interference caused by the quay cranes' frequent moves; (3)avoid the case that there are no quay cranes to serve a ship before its loading or unloading task is finished; (4)reduce the extra cost due to quay cranes' frequent moves; (5)improve the management efficiency of quay cranes and ships.
