摘要 针对当今工业对钢铁产品能够实现在线检测、实时处理以及提高检测精度和速度的要求越来越迫切,设计双线圈传感器,结合电磁层析成像(Electromagnetic Tomography,EMT)技术,搭建一套基于数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)TMS320F2812的电磁探伤系统.通过实验验证传感器结构和系统的可行性.实验结果表明,系统可以较好地对金属表面缺陷进行快速检测和定位.该系统可为工业金属缺陷检测提供一种新的检测依据. In view of the increasing requirements on steel products' online detection, real-time process- ing as well as the detection accuracy and speed, a dual-coil sensor is designed and an electromagnetic de- fect detection system is set up based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320F2812 with Electromag- netic Tomography (EMT) technology. The feasibility of the sensor structure and the system is tested through experiments. The experimental results show that the system can rapidly detect and position de- fects on metal surfaces. The system provides a new method for industrial metal defect detection.
