摘要
为评估船用电缆的绝缘性能,通过理论分析建立丁苯橡胶热氧老化过程交联反应方程和硬度分析方程说明其性能与硬度之间的密切联系,揭示船用丁苯橡胶电缆绝缘层在老化后硬度逐渐增大的变化规律.采用快速热老化试验证明理论分析的结果.该研究可为船用电缆使用寿命的快速评估提供新的思路.
In order to evaluate the insulating performance of shipboard cable, through theoretical analy- sis, the cross-linking reaction equation and the hardness analysis equation of styrene butadiene rubber in the process of thermo-oxidative ageing are built to reveal the close relation between hardness and perform- ance of shipboard cable. The rule that the hardness increases gradually in the insulation ageing process is discovered. The rule is proved by fast thermal ageing experiments. The research provides a new idea to realize a rapid evaluation on shipboard cable service life.
