摘要 概述了集中与分散配置策略下考虑暂态电压安全的静止无功发生器(static var generator,SVG)安装地点选择和容量优化方法。选取某500 kV变电站片区电网为仿真对象,采用电力系统计算分析软件包BPA(Bonneville Power Administration)搭建系统仿真平台,通过模拟片区电网的稳态、暂态仿真运行,对比分析其运行效果。结果表明,在子站低压侧分散安装小容量SVG比在母站低压侧集中安装大容量SVG更利于维持稳态电压质量和加快暂态电压恢复。 This paper summarizes selection for installation places and capacity optimization method for static var generator considering transient voltage safety with centralized and distributed configuration strategies. Taking one district power grid of some 500 kV substation as simulation object, it uses power system calculation analysis software package Bonneville Power Administration to establish a simulation platform. By simulating steady state and transient simulation run of the district power grid, it compares and analyzes different operational effectiveness. The result shows it is more in favor of keeping steady state voltage quality .and accelerating transient voltage recovery by decentralized installation of small capacity SVG at low voltage side of the substation than centralized installation of large capacity SVG at low voltage side of the primary station.
