摘要 针对国内多家沿海电厂大容量、高参数机组配套的循环水泵频发故障问题,在介绍常见的各种类型故障的基础上,从设备选材、泵的结构设计、轴承的可靠性、制造工艺等方面进行分析,提出对循环水泵过流部件的选材必须充分考虑材料的耐腐蚀性和耐冲击、耐磨损、耐疲劳等机械性能,部件连接尽量避免多种材质混搭,设计和安装时考虑气候变化、生物堵塞等的措施。 Aiming at problem of frequent faults of matched circulating water pump for large capacity and high parameter unit in several coastal power plants in domestic, this paper analyzes equipment selection, structure design for the pump, reliabili- ty of the bearing and manufacturing technique on the basis of introducing common various typed faults. It proposes necessities to consider corrosion resistance and other good mechanic performances including shock resistance, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance of materials when selecting flow passage components of the circulating water pump. Meanwhile, it proposes to avoid mashup of various materials when connecting components and consider weather changes and biologic blocking for design and installation.
