12月10日．中国工业和信息化部发布[2013]52号公告，宣布QCIT948—2013《汽车顶部装载装置》行业标准（如下简称标准）将于2014年3月1日正式实施。该标准规定适用于M1类和G类道路车辆外顶部安装的装载装置。
Since Dec. 10, the China Ministry of Industry and Information has released the bulletin No. 52〔2013〕, which announced the QC/T948-2013 Industrial Standard of 《Road vehicles-Roof load carrier》(as briefed as Standard in the following), will be formally implemented from March 1, 2014. The standard has stipulated outside road vehicles-roof load carrier using in kinds M1 and G.
