摘要
为克服由万向节传动的不等速性导致的转向系统的力矩波动,应合理地布置转向系统的各硬点。传统的转向硬点布置依赖工程师的经验,工作反复且容易出错。基于ADAMS软件,建立参数化仿真模型,然后将优化的变量、边界及优化目标输入软件中即可,操作简单,计算速度快,结果可靠。
Unequal velocity character of universal joint drive causes torque fluctuation of steering system. So the hard points of the steer-ing system should be arranged reasonably. Conventional hard point layout relys on engineer’s experience, task repeatedly and error-prone. Based on ADAMS software, the parametric simulation model was built, then optimizing variables, border and goal were input into the optimi-zation software to get results. The operation is simple, calculation is fast and results are reliable.
