摘要
通过分步试验的方法,对影响车门关闭力的车门密封条、框条、门条接角等几个因素进行评价;通过门条分段试验,并进行数据分析,分析结果为门系统设计者在进行设计和工艺分析时提供了参考。
Through multi-step test method,several factors which had influences on auto door closing force were evaluated, including auto door sealing strip, frame strip and connection angle of door strip, and etc. In the test of multi-section of door strip, the test data were ana-lyzed. The analysis results provide references for the designers of door system in designing and technics analysis.
