摘要
通过对玉米进行平流薄层干燥试验,确定了影响玉米薄层干燥速率个因素的主次,绘制出玉米含水率随时间变化曲线。以玉米发芽率及裂纹率为为评价指标,确定获得最高玉米发芽率及最低裂纹率的干燥工艺流程。试验结果表明:影响玉米干燥速率,发芽率及裂纹率的最显著因素为热风温度。
