摘要
硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)是油田生产活动中一类重要的有害微生物,能在厌氧条件下以有机物为电子供体,将硫酸盐还原为硫化物,其引发的油田生产系统的腐蚀和污染比其他任何细菌都严重。用PCR-DGGE方法分析了陈2区块硫酸盐还原菌菌群的多样性,并鉴定了优势菌种,为SRB的针对性治理提供了可靠信息。研究表明,陈2区块优势菌主要为Desulfotomaculum、Archaeoglobus和Desulfovibrio。
Sulfate -reducing bacteria (SRB) is an important class of harmful microorganisms in the oilfield production activiv. It can reduce sulfate to sulfide by using organic electron donor under anaerobic conditions. The corrosion and con- tamination caused bv SRB are more serious than that of any other bacteria in the oilfield production system. By PCT - D(,GE method,it is analyzed the diversity of SRB in block Chen2 ,and identified the predominant bacteria of sulfate- re- ducing bacteria. Research results showed that the dominant bacteria of the block are Desulfotonmculum, Archaeoglobus and Desultovibrio. It provides relial)le information for SRB targeted control.
