摘要 生产工艺条件影响着微生物发酵饲料的产量和质量,试验对一种微生物饲料发酵的淀粉原料组成与含量、物料含水量、发酵菌液pH、发酵温度和发酵时间等工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,接种酿酒酵母(Sacharomyces cerevisiae)和乳酸菌(唾液链球菌嗜热亚种Streptococcus salivarius subsp.thermophilus)的最优发酵工艺条件为玉米淀粉250 kg、豆粕4 000 kg、淀粉酶0.85 kg、糖化酶0.30 kg、物料含水量34%~36%、发酵菌液pH 5.0、发酵温度30℃和发酵时间90 h。 The technological conditions influencing the quality and quantity of microbial fermentation feeds were optimized on starch composition and content, water content, pH value, temperature and fermentation time. The results showed that the op- timal fermentation conditions for sacharomyces cerevisiae and streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus included 250 kg cornstarch, 4 000 kg soybean meal, 0.85 kg amylase, 0.30 kg saccharifying enzyme, 34%~36% moisture, fermentation 90 h under pH 5.0 and at 30 ℃.
