摘要
在酸性介质中,高碘酸钠能氧化结晶紫,亚硝酸根离子能催化该反应。据此建立了一个线性范围为4.0×10-3~3.5×10-1mg/L,线性回归方程为△A=0.634 9C+0.102 8,相关系数为0.999 1,检测限为1.3×10-3mg/L的亚硝酸根离子催化动力学分析方法,该方法用于检测肉制品中痕量亚硝酸盐的含量,结果十分满意。
Sodium periodate can oxidize crystal violet in acidic media, and nitrite ion can catalyze this reaction, which pro- vides a method for determining content of nitrite ion. The linear equation △A=0.634 9 C+0.102 8(R2=0.999 1) was achieved with the linear range of nitrite ion of 4.0×10-3~3.5×10-1mg / L, and the limit of determination was 1.3×10-3mg / L. The method was applied to the determination of trace nitrite ion in meat products with satisfactory results.
