摘要
比较了3种方法对8种水霉菌(Saprolegnia)破壁处理制备蛋白的效果,并进行聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果表明,加石英砂和液氮混合研磨处理制备的蛋白效果最好,条带清晰,该方法操作简便、快捷、较为常用,可有效地区分水霉菌株分子遗传学背景的差异,适用于水霉菌分子流行病学研究。
The effect of three wall-breaking methods of 8 kinds of Saprolegnia preparation was compared and analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the quartz sand and liquid nitrogen mixed grinding processing preparation of protein was best, the stripe was clear, the method was simple, quick, and relatively common, which could effectively distinguish between strains of molecular genetics background difference and was suitable for Saprolegnia molecular epidemiology research.
