基因型及6-BA浓度对大豆子叶再生的影响

摘要 以冀豆系列10个大豆[Glycine max(L.)Merr.]品种为材料,研究基因型与6-BA浓度对大豆子叶再生芽和再生根的影响。结果表明:冀豆5号、冀豆7号芽再生率相对较高,分别为60.65%和38.43%;根再生率适中,分别为24.77%和15.74%,适于继续进行遗传转化。冀豆13号根再生率显著高于其他品种,达到73.96%,但其芽再生率较差,只有22.25%,不适于继续进行遗传转化。综合芽再生率和根再生率,10个冀豆品种在6-BA浓度为0.5 mg/L下再生能力较好。 10 soybean [Glycine max(L.)Merr.] varieties were used as materials to study the effects of genotype and 6-BA concentration on the regeneration in the soybean cotyledon. The results showed that Jidou No.5 and Jidou No.7 bud regenera- tion rate were relatively high, up to 60.65% and 38.43%, respectively, and their root regeneration rate were moderate, re- spectively 24.77% and 15.74%. They were suitable for genetic transformation. The root regeneration rate of Jidou No.13 was significantly higher than that of the other varieties, reaching 73.96%, but the bud regeneration rate was lower, only 22.25%. Jidou No.13 was not suitable for genetic transformation. In terms of the bud regeneration rate and root regeneration rate, when the concentration of 6-BA was 0.5 mg / L, the regeneration ability of the 10 soybean varieties were higher in the soy- bean cotyledon regeneration process.
