摘要
微生物天然产物具有独特的结构多样性。随着研究的深入,研究者在进行天然产物筛选时遇到已知化合物的机会加大,有必要在研究的早期对粗提物中的化合物进行早期鉴别及去重复,以减少不必要的人力、物力及财力的浪费。文章对涉及天然产物早期鉴别及去重复的方法——薄层层析技术(TLC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)-光谱联用技术及天然产物数据库在天然产物早期鉴别及去重复中的应用进行综述,以期为新药的研究与开发提供一些借鉴。
Microoganisms produce plentiful bioactive compounds with diverse structures. The chance of the reisolation of the known active compounds is increased. It is very important to dereplicate the known compounds at early stage of research, which will reduce the cost. In this article, authors reviewed the techniques including thin-layer chromatography(TLC), high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) coupled with spectroscopy, and the development of microbial natural product databases used in the early identification and dereplication of the microbial natural prouducts. The aim is to provide refer- ences for the research and development of drugs and agrochemicals.
