摘要
通过试验研究了内循环撞击流生物膜反应器的间歇运行性能。结果表明,化学需氧量(COD)在反应器启动后1.5 h内下降较快,累计去除率可达80.0%,而在1.5 h后,COD去除速度明显变慢;NH3-N的去除曲线与COD去除曲线比较相似,反应器启动后1.5 h内NH3-N累计去除率达到61.9%,反应器对氨氮的去除主要是通过同化作用来完成。连续5 d的间歇运行试验表明,反应器传质效果良好,运行性能稳定。
The performances of a biofilm reactor with internal loop impinge streams running in batch mode was studied through bench-scale test. Results showed that COD consumption was very fast in 1.5 hours after the reactor starting. The total removal rate was 80.0%. After 1.5 hours, the speed of COD consumption was obviously slowed down. Variation curves of NH3-N were similar to that of COD in the reactor. The NH3-N removal rate was 61.9% after 1.5 hours' running. NH3-N was mainly removed through assimilation. The reactor was excellent in mass transfer and stably run in five successive days.
