摘要
以产油酵母菌Y1为试验菌株,通过确定出发菌株Y1的最佳紫外诱变时间,诱变后菌株的初筛和复筛,得到了一株突变菌株Y9。测得Y9的油脂产量为5.25 g/L,油脂含量为23.85%。与菌株Y1油脂产量2.11 g/L、含油量9.6%相比,Y9的产油量有明显提高,因此拟选取油脂产量较高的Y9作为后续摇瓶发酵产脂研究的实验菌株。
Oleaginous yeast Y1 was used as material. With the best time of UV mutagenesis by the starting strain Y1, a mutant strain Y9 was obtained by strain screening and rescreening after mutagenesis. The oils production of Y9 was 5.25 g / L with oil content of 23.85%. Comparing to Y1 with the oil production of 2.11 g / L and oil content of 9.6%, the oil production of Y9 increased significantly. Oleaginous Yeast Y9 could be used as the laboratory strain for further studying flask fermenta- tion to produce oils.
