摘要
选择健康、体重相近的25日龄铁脚麻鸡30只随机分为3组,第1组不作处理(空白对照组),第2、3组滴喂球虫孢子,3 d后第2组投喂地克珠利,第3组投喂紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum)第四级提取物,7 d后试验结束,分别计算药物抗球虫指数,测定小鸡血液丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性。此外,用质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振等测定试验药物分子结构。结果表明,第3组抗球虫指数为188.67,疗效达到高效。试验药物组的丙氨酸氨基转移酶活性平均值为99.88,低于空白对照组的,除肠道外其他器官未见异常症状,说明试验药物具有一定的毒性,但对鸡的毒副作用较小。分子结构测定表明试验药物为含有苯胺和氯的结构复杂的脂类。
The 30 chickens with roughly same condition were divided into 3 groups randomly. The first group was not treated. The second and third group were fed with spores of coccidium. The second group was fed with control drug(diclazuril) and the third group was fed with experimental drug(the fourth grade of extracts from Eupatorium adenophorum) after 3 days. The anticoccidial index of experimental drug was calculated and the levels of alanine aminotranaferase in the blood of chick- ens were determined when the experiment ended after 7 days. The chemical structure of experimental drug was determined through mass spectrum and infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance. The results showed the anticoccidial index was 188.67. Its curative effect on avian coccidiosis attained high effect. The mean of levels of alanine aminotranaferase of experi- mental group was 99.88, lower than that of control group. No abnormal symptoms appeared in all organs except intestines. It indicated that experimental drug had toxicity, but its side effect was low for chickens. The result of determining chemical structure showed the experimental drug was belonged to lipids containing aniline and chlorine.
