白木香种子贮藏过程的生理生化指标变化 被引量:5

摘要 采用硅胶常温和湿沙低温贮藏方法对白木香[Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.)Gilg]种子进行贮藏生理研究,测定白木香种子贮藏期间的生理生化指标。结果表明,在硅胶常温和湿沙低温两种贮藏条件下,随着贮藏时间的延长,茂名和中山两产地白木香种子的含水量、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶活性以及可溶性糖和粗脂肪含量均发生一定变化,种子发芽率也均表现出不同程度下降,但在相同贮藏时间内湿沙低温贮藏组白木香种子的发芽率显著高于硅胶常温贮藏组,说明湿沙低温贮藏环境更有利于维持白木香种子活力,保证种子的发芽率。 The seeds of Aquilaria sinensis(Lour.) Gilg from Zhongshan and Maoming were stored in silica gel under the con- dition of room temperature and wet sand under the condition of low temperature. The physiological indexe of seeds were teseted during storage. The results showed that the water content, POD, SOD, CAT activities, the content of soluble sugar and crude fat of seeds changed during the storage. The germination rate of seeds decreased variously in different storage con- dition with the extension of storage time. The germination rate of the seeds storaged in wet sand under the condition of low temperature was much higher than that of the seeds storaged in silica gel under the condition of room temperature. It is indi- cated that seeds storaged in wet sand under the condition of low temperature was better to keep the vigor and guarantee the germination rate.
