高校大学生创业意向影响因素分析

Analysis of the Determinants of Entrepreneurial Intentions

将有关因素分为个体特质、个体经历、社会资源水平,研究了大学生创业意向的影响因素,三者在研究个体创业意向方面具有良好的互补性。研究结果表明,大学生创业意向受到多个因素影响,个体特质和个体实践经历对创业意向呈现较为显著的影响,社会资源大都正向影响创业意向。此外,研究表明高校创业教育的开展可以提升大学生的创业意向度,高校应加强针对性的创业教育和引导。

This article holds that the key factors influencing the entrepreneurial intentions of university students consist of individual disposition, individual experiences and social resources. The result shows that the three factors are complementary in predicting entrepreneurial intentions, which is affected by multiple factors with positive factors such as social resources. Entrepreneurial education has a positive effect on improving the entrepreneurial intentions of university students.
