摘要
自振周期是高层建筑结构的一个重要基本参数,以414栋我国已建或已通过超限审查的高层建筑为数据源,统计分析了我国高层建筑自振周期的分布规律,在满足我国设计规范对结构整体稳定性、位移限值以及最小剪重比等要求基础上,结构自振周期的合理分布范围为:当结构高度H≥250m时,基本周期T1在0.3√H-0.4、√H之间;当150m≤H〈250m时,T1在0.2√H~0.4√H之间;当100m≤H〈150m时,T1在0.2√H-0.35√H之间;当50m≤H〈100m时,L在0.15√H~0.3√H之间。这为宏观上把握高层建筑结构刚度和质量是否适当提供了参考数据。
Natural vibration period is an important parameter for high-rise building, and hence based on 414 existing or passed ultra-limit evaluation high-rise buildings in China, the distribution law of natural vibration periods is statistically analyzed. To satisfy the design requirements, such as global stability of structure, story drift limit and minimum sheargravity ratio, the reference ranges of fundamental periods T1 are given as : T1 = 0. 3√H - 0.4√H for the heights of structures H≥250m, T1 = 0.25√H - 0.4√Hfor 150m≤H〈250m, T1 = 0.2√H - 0.35√Hfor 100m≤H 〈 150m and T1 =0. 15√H - 0.3√Hfor 50m≤H 〈 100m, which provide a reference for adequately controlling quality and rigidity of high-rise buildings.
