石脑油罐的清理与检修

炼油厂石脑油罐在运行过程中,石脑油挥发出大量的油气聚集在罐顶,操作人员在检尺和采样过程中打开罐顶检尺口时,会有大量油气外泄,对操作人员的安全操作和储罐的安全运行构成了极大的威胁,且给整个储运罐区带来了很大的安全隐患;另外,为了确保油罐及其附件的正常安全运行,又需要经常开罐检查油罐内浮盘、罐附件的腐蚀情况,如果有更大量的油气外泄,将形成更大的不安全隐患。为此,中国石油天然气股份有限公司庆阳石化分公司对储运罐区的四具石脑油罐操作进行严格升级管理,制定了清理检修石脑油罐的一系列安全防范措施,从而保证了储运罐区的安全操作和运行。

In the operation of naphtha tanks in petroleum refineries, large amount of oil vapor from volatilization will gatller on the top of tank. When the tap at the tank top is opened by the operator for gauging and sampling, large amount of oil vapor will gush out, which imposes a great thread to the safety of operator and tank operation, and it is a great safety hazard in tank farm. In addition, the naphtha tank has to be frequently opened to inspect the corrosion of the internal floating roof and tank internals to maintain a safe operation of oil tank. A large amount of oil vapor will rush out, imposing ever greater safety hazard. To find solution to this problem, PetroChina Qingyang Petrochemical Company has strengthened the management of operation of four naphtha tanks in the tank farm and effective measures have been taken. The operating procedures are confirmed step by step, and the safety hazard is thoroughly examined. Complete safety protection measures for cleaning and maintenance of naphtha tanks have been available, which have ensured the safe operation of the tank farm.
