摘要
惠州炼化燃料气回收装置压缩机水冷管束发生穿孔失效现象,采用宏观观察,扫描电子显微镜,能谱等失效分析方法研究了压缩机水冷器管束发生失效的原因。分析结果表明在腐蚀坑边缘及腐蚀坑底的Cr元素质量分数分别为10.09%,12.13%,低于国标材质成分要求的Cr元素质量分数17%的最低标准,使管束材料存在缺陷,导致了管束在HCN,CO2,H2S和H2O腐蚀环境中发生了电化学腐蚀,并在管束腐蚀严重部位发生穿孔。
The corrosion failure of compressor water cooler tubes in a gas recovery unit occurred in Huizhou Refining & Chemical Company. The causes of failure were studied by macroscopic observation, scanning electron microscope ( SEM ) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results indicated that the Cr element at the corrosion pit and edge was 10.09 w% and 12. 13 w% respectively, which was lower than the minimum requirement of Cr element in the national standard. Therefore, the electrochemical corrosion occurred on this material in HCN, CO2, H2S and H2O corrosion environment, and corrosion failure was the result in the severe corrosion location
