地佐辛预防芬太尼诱发呛咳反应40例效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察预先静注地佐辛对全麻诱导期间芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的影响。方法:选择拟行全身麻醉手术患者80例,随机分为地佐辛组和对照组,每组各40例。两组患者芬太尼使用量与推注时间均分别为3μg/kg与3秒。地佐辛组于芬太尼注射前10分钟静脉推注稀释为2mL的地佐辛0.1 mg/kg,对照组C组推注生理盐水2mL。观察两组患者芬太尼诱发呛咳反应的发生率及强度。结果:(1)两组呛咳发生率比较:地佐辛组患者的呛咳发生1例(2.5%),对照组40例中呛咳发生18例(45%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)呛咳反应程度比较:地佐辛组呛咳控制良好为40例(Ⅱ级为1例);Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级均无。对照组呛咳控制良好为24例(Ⅱ级为2例),呛咳控制不满意为16例(Ⅲ级为7例,Ⅳ级为9例),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预先静脉注射地佐辛可以有效地降低芬太尼诱发呛咳反应发生率和强度。
