摘要
随着人类社会文明的进步及医学科学的发展,肿瘤的治疗也由以前的追求杀灭肿瘤或瘤体的缩小,转变为以患者的"生存质量"为核心的治疗理念,强调恶性肿瘤采用姑息治疗的重要性。本文通过对肿瘤姑息治疗的现状分析,结合中医对肿瘤治疗的指导思想、临床报道与个人经验,认为以中医的整体观及辨证施治为核心的中医对肿瘤姑息治疗是肿瘤治疗不可或缺的手段之一。
With the development of medical science and civilization of human society,the treatment principle of cancer changed from killing tumor or tumor before narrowing to patients ＂quality of life＂ as the core concept,and emphasizing the importance for palliative treatment of malignant tumor.According to analyzing the status quo of cancer palliative and the guidelines of Traditional Chinese Medicine and clinical reports as well as personal experience,the TCM alleviative treatment,the core of which is holism of Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation,is one of the indispensable means of tumor therapy.
