宣肺清痰饮治疗老年重症肺炎19例临床观察

Clinical Effect of Lung-diffusing and Phlegm-dispelling Beverage on Senile Pneumonia;A Clinical Observation of 19 Cases

目的:观察宣肺清痰饮治疗老年性重症肺炎的临床疗效。方法:将38例老年性重症肺炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各19例,对照组予左氧氟沙星注射液及哌拉西林舒巴坦钠治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予宣肺清痰饮治疗,观察两组疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为89.5%,对照组为63.2%;两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;治疗组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰积分及停用抗生素时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宣肺清痰饮治疗老年性重症肺炎有较好疗效,可显著改善症状,缩短治疗时间。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Lung-diffusing and Phlegm-dispelling Beverage on senile pneumonia.Methods：The 38 cases patients with senile pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment and control group,19 cases in each.Patients were treated by Levofloxacin Injection and Piperacillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium,and Lung-diffusing and Phlegm-dispelling Beverage in treatment group,based on the treatment of control group.The curative effect in the two groups was observed.Results：The total effective rate was 89.5％ and 63.2％ respectively in treatment and control group; the comparison on the clinical efficacy between the two groups showed statistically significant difference （P＜0.05）,and the treatment group showed better effect than the control group.The treatment group showed lower score of cough and cough up phlegm as well as discontinuation of antibiotics time than the control group,with significant difference （P＜0.05）.Conclusion：Lung-diffusing and Phlegm-dispelling Beverage can provide well clinical efficacy on senile pneumonia,improve the symptoms noticeably and shorten the treatment time.
