参紫灵胶囊对尘肺病免疫功能影响的临床研究

Clinical Effects of Shen-zi-ling Capsules on Pneumoconiosis Immune Function

目的:了解尘肺病患者免疫功能水平,探讨免疫增强剂参紫灵胶囊在尘肺病治疗中的作用。方法:选择40例健康人群及100例尘肺病患者,尘肺病患者分为治疗组与对照组各50例进行临床治疗观察。治疗组采用抗肺纤维化加参紫灵胶囊治疗;对照组采用抗肺纤维化加金水宝胶囊治疗。结果:尘肺病患者细胞免疫(CD3、CD4)及前白蛋白水平较正常人降低,免疫球蛋白水平较正常人增高;经治疗后治疗组IgM、IgG较治疗前及对照组下降明显,CD3、CD4及前白蛋白较治疗前及对照组明显提高。结论:尘肺病患者免疫功能紊乱,参紫灵胶囊可以调节尘肺病患者的免疫功能,用药安全。

Objective：To realize the level of pneumoconiosis immune function in patients and explore the effect of Shen-zi-ling Capsules on pneumoconiosis.Methods：The 40 healthy persons and 100 patients with pneumoconiosis were selected.Patients with pneumoconiosis were divided into treatment and control group,50 in each.The patients were treated with antipulmonary fibrosis together with Shen-zi-ling capsules in treatment group,and anti-pulmonary fibrosis together with Jin-shuibao capsules in the control group.Results：The patients with pneumoconiosis were lower at the cytoimmunity （CD3 and CD4） and prealbumin levels while higher at the immunoglobulin levels,compared with normal people; The IgM and IgG levels of the treatment group after therapy decreased obviously,also more obviously than the patients in control group; the CD3,CD4 and prealbumin in treatment group after therapy increased obviously,also more obviously than the patients in control group.Conclusion：The patients with pneumoconiosis show immune dysfunction.And Shen-zi-ling capsules can regulate the immune function of patients with pneumoconiosis with safety.
