补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死随机对照临床研究文献的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Yang-Supplementing Five-Returning Decoction on Cerebral Infarction with Randomized Controlled Clinical Research Literature

目的:系统评价补阳还五汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:收集补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死的随机对照临床研究文献进行Meta分析。共纳入14项相关文献,运用固定效应模型进行Meta分析,结果:临床疗效分析:OR=3.29[2.50,4.32],Z=8.55,P<0.0001;共有6项涉及神经功能缺损评分比较,其中4项可进行Meta分析,SMD=-0.74[-0.95,-0.53],Z=7.01,P<0.00001。结论:补阳还五汤配合常规疗法治疗脑梗死有明显的临床疗效,对神经功能的恢复有很好的效果。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Yang-Supplementing Five-Returning Decoction on cerebral infarction.Methods：The 14 literatures of Yang-Supplementing Five-Returning Decoction on cerebral infarction were included and analyzed by Meta analysis with fixed effects model for Meta analysis.Result：According to the clinical curative effect analysis,OR=3.29[2.50,4.32],Z=8.55,P＜0.0001 ;A total of 6 items involving neural function defect scale,the four Meta analysis can be performed,the results showing,SMD=-0.74[-0.95,-0.53],Z=7.01,P＜0.00001.Conclusion：Yang-Supplementing Five-Returning Decoction with basic treatment can provide obvious clinical curative effect on cerebral infarction,with better effect on the recovery of neural function.
