为了全面了解国内外学者对城市老工业区产业转型问题的研究,厘清城市老工业区产业转型方面的现状与进展,本文围绕城市老工业的类型与特点、产业衰退原因、产业转型内容和方向、主导产业选择、产业转型路径等各方面进行了全面回顾总结.在此基础上,对目前城市老工业区产业转型进展情况进行评述,提出了下一步研究需要关注的重点方面.

In order to get a whole picture of the researches at home and abroad on the industrial transformation of the old industrial districts and make clear the present situation and the progress of industrial transformation, the paper makes a comprehensive summary of the types and features of the old urban industries, the reason for industry decline, the trend of industry transformation and evolution, the selection of leading industry, and the paths of industrial transformation. On this basis, the paper presents a review of the current research progress, and key aspects which should be emphasized in the further research.
