针对用于核燃料棒的钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG)堵孔焊机,设计一套基于LabVIEW软件的数据处理系统。该数据处理系统集数据采集、数据评判、生成报表、数据入库及信息查询于一体。从数据处理系统的软件构架、基于LabVIEW软件的报表生成和操作Access数据库等方面进行了详细的描述。实践表明,该数据处理系统工作稳定、完整,实现了核燃料棒在本台焊机上的数据处理完整、高效的目的。

The data processing system based on LabVIEW is used in the nuclear rod TIG welding machine.
