摘要
由于铝合金具有较为突出的物理力学性能优势,其应用愈加广泛,尤其在交通运输领域及动车制造方面的应用更为突出,如汽车用6000系铝合金、动车车厢用铝合金等。列出了由于铝合金材料本身自有的一些特性导致在加工中存在的技术性难题。对目前铝合金加工研究现状、存在的问题和解决问题的途径以及新技术的应用和未来发展趋势等进行了分析和探讨。
Since aluminum has a more prominent advantages of the physical and mechanical properties, their applications become more widely and more prominent, especially in the field of transportation and manufacturing aspects of the Electric Multiple Unit (EMU), such as the automobile 6000 series aluminum alloy, aluminum body EMU application. Listed because of the aluminum alloy material itself of some characteristics makes own more technical problem which exists in the processing the research of aluminum processing and problems and problem-solving way, as well as the application of new technologies and future trends are analyzed and discussed.
