摘要
利用线性低密度聚乙烯气相法聚合工艺,选择适当催化剂,通过生产工艺技术分析,优化生产操作条件,开发生产高密度聚乙烯注塑专用料树脂HDPE DMDB-8916,经过产品主要物性指标测试,以及产品用户的实际加工生产应用表明,HDPE DMDB-8916产品用于周转箱和货运托盘的生产,加工性和力学性能优异,满足用户的要求。
Using the linear polymerization process of low density polyethylene gas phase method, select the appropriate catalyst, through analysis on production technology, optimizing process operation condition, development and production of high density polyethylene plastic special material resin HDPE DMDB-8916, after the products are mainly physical properties test, shows by product the user's actual production application, HDPE DMDB-8916 products for the box and freight pallet production, processing and excellent mechanical properties, to meet the requirements of the customers.
