摘要
基于Pb(Ⅱ)对鲁米诺(luminol)-羧甲基壳聚糖(CMCS)化学发光体系的抑制作用,建立了操作简便、快速的测定微量Pb(Ⅱ)的方法.在选定的最佳实验条件下,Pb(Ⅱ)在浓度范围0.048~24.1 nmol·mL-1内的对数值与体系化学发光强度变化值呈线性关系,检测限为16.1 pmol·mL-1(3σ).本法成功用于测定水样中的Pb(Ⅱ)含量的测定.
A sensitive, simple and rapid flow injection chemiluminescence(CL) method, based on the inhibitory effect of Pb(Ⅱ) on the luminol-carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCS) CL system, was presented for the determination of picomole concentration of Pb(Ⅱ). It was found that the decrease of the intensity was linearly proportional to the logarithm of Pb(Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 0.048 - 24.1 nmol.mL-1 with a detection limit of 16.1 nmol-mL-1(3σ). The proposed method was successfully applied to assay Pb(Ⅱ) in water sample.
