摘要
氟硅酸钾容量法是测定二氧化硅含量的国家标准之一,测定水泥及水泥原料中二氧化硅是水泥企业质量监控部门进行水泥质量控制的必检项目,该方法步骤较多,操作不慎就容易出现误差。文章对氟硅酸钾容量法测定水泥中二氧化硅含量波动性较大的缺点,从试验环境室温、加入硝酸量、氟硅酸钾沉淀的陈化时间、过滤和洗涤、残余酸的中和速度等方面制定不同方案并进行试验,通过实验结果对比,得出最佳实验条件,提高准确度。
